Ensure that the Section's human resources activities are carried out in a timely manner

Coordinate effectively with Human Resources Section, UNV Office and the respective CITS Units related to the administration of human resources activities in filling all staff vacancies (International, UNVs, National staff, Trigyn Contractual Personnel) including the hiring of Individual Contractors.

Follow up the movement to higher level of CITS staff, performance appraisal as well as post reclassification reviews.

Update CITS staffing table with all the detailed data on staff and segregate according the groups, grades, level, and functional title, location (International, UNV, NS, and Contractors). Update the Section's org charts to reflect the current structure.

Draft audit responses to ICT audit observations by Auditors.
