Since 1985, I occupied various functions and responsibilities as administrator of organizations, professional offices / services, programs-plans management in different areas of activities notably in what related, in national development (civil and hydraulic engineering, education and professional training), political affairs / diplomatic, governance (democracy and election, decentralization), social affairs / humanitarian (including Relief Aid) as part of interventions in international development. Since, I acquired more than 15 years of experience in the programme management and also into the international organizations among which, more than 10 years Africa and Central America (Haiti) experiences. In this frame, I worked so much with the members, high leaders and organizations of the civil society, governmental authorities (governmental Institutions), representatives of different international organizations (ONGI's, Governments, Agencies of United Nations), leaders and staff of police authorities and military, journalists / representatives of media (national and international Organs of press) as well as diplomatic chiefs (bilateral and multilateral level). It was does in the different contexts of political instability and civil and military insecurity (civil and armed conflict). Of March 2004 with March 2007, I occupied expert's post in communication and international development in DRH International Tecsult in Quebec. In this function, I intervened on various international strategic plans in education, training and communication. Notably, from January, 2006 till June, 2007, I was affected as specialist and advisor in communication for the unit of support in strategic communication and governance into the mission of United Nations (Electoral Division, Department of Political Affairs / UN DPKO-MONUC and UNDP) in RDC Kinshasa. My mandate registered at the level of the program of electoral assistance of United Nations UNDP / MONUC in support to the Independent Elections Commission IEC – RDC / Office of the President and Special Commission of information, communication and public relations and also for the National Operations Office (NOO)and his technical Unit in communication and civic education into the framework of the electoral process of 2006-2007. Since April 2007, I am employed at CRC SOGEMA, Canadian private society specialized in management of support – advice and technical assistance as well as management of development programs-project and it, in different sectors of activities (eg education-training, professional training, environment, economic and political governance, banking and financial systems, computer editing, etc). Within the team, I occupy a position as communication specialist and programs-project management into international development sector.
