Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Director:

Monitoring and Evaluation of School Water Sanitation Hygiene plus community action project that tests alternative strategies to improve the sustainable provision of sanitation facilities in primary schools.
Digitalization: Piloted trials to test whether mobile phone applications can improve the speed and accuracy of EMIS data collection. The trial was completed in 350+ schools across Kenya.

Maintain an overall knowledge of the Digital Divide Data top prospects to assist fundraisers in developing appropriate proposals, solicitation, and stewardship.
Identify tools, resources, and best practices to help improve MEL programming.
Develop and oversee budgets and policies and procedures for the Research Department.
Evaluate research tools and emerging technology and coordinate vendor relations.
Maintain an awareness of the goals and accomplishments of the DDD and of issues within the development profession.
Provide direct prospect research services to clients and partners.
Leading in the development of the programme's log frame, M&E framework and results chains for all interventions.
Leading in the collection of the baseline indicators and midterm reviews of the programme’s.
Undertaking a series of research initiatives to measure systemic change.
