Country Director:

• Institutional representation with in-country governmental agencies, the Canadian government, other donors and strategic partners.
• Oversee the overall implementation of all projects and programs in Ghana.
• Ensure legal compliance with local laws with regards to all our operations
• Identify funding opportunities to develop new programming in accordance with donor diversification strategy and coordinate preparation of high quality program proposals for new initiatives.
• Oversee overall operations –human resource management, administration, financial and material resources to ensure successful running of the organisation in Ghana.
• Review strategic/ reputational, operational/ financial, program, revenue and other risks faced by the organization in Ghana, to identify and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
