Over eleven years (5years with ECG) engineering consultants group experience in the field of construction supervision of reinforced concrete and steel structures, site quality control, testing and survey works; monitoring, reviewing, commenting and reporting on progress payments; quality control and safety; logging and monitoring all contractors' submittals; assisting with pre-tender and pre-construction site activities; providing input for all change orders and claims analysis; assisting the construction Manager/Resident Engineer in preparing monthly progress reports; reviewing and approving the as-built drawings; reviewing and presenting contractors’ valuation payments for final approval. Experience also covers preparation of periodical reports, claims, variation orders, quantity survey, and specifications for various projects including residential, recreation and educational buildings, villas, banks, and entertainment facilities.
