An experienced development professional and gender expert with 18 years’ practice. A Social Scientist by training, my professional career has been guided by transparency, integrity and accountability. I have strong logical and problem solving abilities in addition to strong leadership, team building, analytical negotiation and communication skills. From 2016- 2020, I was responsible for coordinating and managing eight partner organisations under a women’s empowerment programme promoting gender equality under Hivos Malawi. I am also an experienced  outcome harvesting expert. Other areas I am confident in include, participatory programme/project development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, gender analysis, action research and capacity building of partner agencies. I enjoy working with a wide range of cultures and stakeholders such as donor agencies, government, non-governmental, academia, the private sector and local communities.
