As a candidate with extensive experience in WASH projects managements, I am highly skilled in projects coordination, team leading and management, program monitoring, team capacity building as well as having all the technical expertise required in WASH and Constructions. 
My solid background in team leadership and management has allowed me to manage teams with exceptional performance. 
As a holder of bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 5 years’ experience working in international environments standards with INGOs I can competently execute all the required responsibilities of all technical matters like developing and supervision project plans PIPs, BOQs and designs, identifying the needs, designing and implementing the activities, ensure high quality of work, innovation, efficiency, effectiveness and multi sectorial of the programs with as well as providing expertise, assertive and efficient inputs to the program through professional assessment experience, participating in development of proposals and budgets related to the  program.
Leading humanitarian and construction programs teams and having direct contact with partners and clusters as well as implementing projects funded by different donors has allowed me to have a very good knowledge of writing proposals and managing the program risks by proper analyses and react and ensuring that all activities are implemented within donor’s requirements and standards.
