Experience in leading and managing development projects / programs, primarily in building design, estimation, billing and rate analysis of Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprint to plan projects, Preparing public reports ,such as bid proposals, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions, providing regular technical support to field staff and partner staff in program design, program implementation, training and development, results based planning and management, monitoring & evaluation (M & E).
