With my education background with two Masters’ degree in Economics and in Public Administration, an Industrial Engineering degree holder in Computer Science, a diploma in Criminology, coupled with my long experience for more than 20 years at national and international levels, I’m able to perform very well the duties and responsibilities of Head Finance and Administration. Futher more, I'm able to serve in any organization because I’m characterized by humanity, respect, independence, humility, neutrality, participation, honesty and transparency. I have been working in a multicultural and cosmopolitan environment. I’m proactive, with a cooperative and collaborative approach. I have excellent communication skills (especially attention and patience to others). I have good organizational skills with a sense of exemplary ethics. I was a senior military Officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Resigned). I have demonstrated Finance, Administration & Human Resources Management skills, IT, Procurement, logistics and Supply Chain experience, with a good proven diplomacy skills with all types of stakeholders. I was leading multinational staffs and driven for excellent results. I’m striving for excellence, I’m always taking the lead to look for innovation. I have an experience of managing large budgets and multiple donor contracts. I’m demonstrating integrity. I’m looking for client’s needs. I’m fluent in both English and French languages. I’m solution oriented and collaborate with others.  I’ve done seventeen various trainings in more than ten counties in which I’ve got Certificates. I shall bring an added value to any organization in monitoring, evaluation, research, learning and performance based-management in Africa and elsewhere, because I’ve been in eighteen abroad countries in Africa, Europe, USA and Australia.  

Computer Skills: I’m very good with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet navigation. I’m an Industrial Engineer degree holder in Information, Communication and Technology.
