Adept at explaining complex legal advocacy matters to stakeholders, grantees’ Board Chair and Directors, Chief Executive and Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and Directors of Finance among others in a clear and understandable manner. As part of my doctoral program in Public Administration, I researched the role of private sector participation in infrastructure-related public-private partnership projects.
