About
Mr. Ahsan-ul-Haque Mahar is a development professional, at least 12 years working experience in development sector, Mr. Mahar working as Provincial training officer PEI Programme, with WHO Sindh, Where Mr. Mahar is supervising over all activities related to trainings. He also worked as Taluka Coordinator, Administration & HR Coordinator & CCB Coordinator in DEMO Project funded by USAID, and got registered 100 CCBs on plat form of LEAD Pakistan in both districts Sukkur and Khairpur. He also conducted different trainings at community level; recently Mr. Mahar had conducted the training on Disaster Management and Mitigation for community Groups from the Plat form of MRDO. He also worked as Project Coordinator, in Emergency Health & Nutrition Project Action Aid International Pakistan; Project is funded by UNICEF at Kambar-Shahdadkot District of Sindh.
His TORs settled with Action Aid Pakistan are based on following major components of management:
Project Implementation, Supervision and Monitoring of field activities, Project Monitoring, Financial management, Office management, Coordination with line department and Donor, and Stakeholders and Reporting of overall Project.
Monitoring & Evaluation (Field Monitoring/Facilitation visits ): will keep check over the employees out put in comparison of input and Impact of the Program and to ensure smooth process of Employees Performance Evaluation Reports.
In addition to this Mr. Mahar has to his credit an exemplary relevant straight experience of about Ten years in management of field Monitoring and office levels, which catalysis the efforts for establishment of an organized management system with special emphasis on general Administration. He is also a part of Core-Management team.
General Administration & Logistics: General activities i.e. logistics pertaining to all organizational activities, renewal of visa/passport of senior management, building maintenance, vehicle maintenance, event coordination, office management and other admin related activities assigned by the Project Manger, Provincial Coordinator & National Program Director/CEO.
Procurement & Inventories Management: Calling vendors’ pole meeting/quotations, tenders, auctions, expression of interest, payments, tagging and management of Inventories particularly fixed assets.
Insurance Management: Management of insurance related issues (Pay continuation plan, group health insurance, group life insurance, vehicle insurance, building insurance).
Budgeting and Planning: Chalking out budgeting for Administration/HR sections.
Human Resource Management: Personnel hiring, service record, personal files, all employees’ pay roll, incentives, transfers & postings, resignation/termination.
Human Resource Development: Input to the senior management during developing and monitoring process of different HRD system checks.
