Developing a methodology and format for collecting and tracking data and information on a project basis; (ii) developing/collating benchmarking standards and helping apply them to particular projects; (iii) analyzing data for decision support systems at organization level ; (iv) conducting baseline surveys relevant to particular projects so as to best capture relevant information; (v) developing and maintaining an information system that can be used to track project management; (vi) identifying and documenting best practices in India and elsewhere ; (vii) working with other stakeholder that organization may engage to ensure better coordination in sharing of information ; (viii) ensuring on-line data connectivity to databases in other entities ; and (ix) training other staff members on use of the information system and on database search to aid in their work.
