A development professional & have multidimensional professional experience in development projects, construction, water & sanitation (WASH) projects in Pakistan, & in disasters, and conflict contexts in the continuum from Emergency to Development programs funded by UN, US AID, Aus AID, DFID, Oxfam GB, JICA, Embassy of Netherland, etc. with multi-cultural teams & developed skills in program management, project designing, program implementation, monitoring & evaluation, budgeting, working in partnership with implementing partners, proposal & report writing, capacity building, coordination with donors & stakeholders.
Managed projects at district, provincial & national levels for the revitalization of conflict-affected communities & and communities-led initiatives & by building the capacity of the technical teams in conflict sensitivity programming.
Prepare & and review budgets of the projects in consultation with Core Management, Finance team & Partner Organization (PO) to establish & maintain sound internal controls relative to the effective implementation of Infrastructure projects, Water & Sanitation (WASH), and livelihood Projects.
Experience in Livelihood, post-conflict/disaster recovery & rehabilitation, Construction material & water quality testing, program planning, budgeting & implementation.
Experience other than the technical side, initiating new programs/projects; Capacity building & human resource mobilization.
Sectorial Experience: Humanitarian & Emergency response, Community infrastructure, Camp Management, Shelter, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Water Quality & Environmental assessments.
