I am a Sociologist, I have been working in Social Development Sector for around twenty two years. I have done my PhD dissertation on Language, Culture and Schooling, a sociological study of four schools in Dhaka. I have teaching and administration experience as well as training, facilitation, research etc skills. Research analysis, monitoring and evaluation and Gender Mainstreaming is my area of interest.I have done Gender Equality course on trade. IDRC funded an applied research has been just completed by a tri country consortium project, that I led successfully.
