In an ever-changing and dynamic world, it is challenging to implement development initiatives with the desired impact effectively. My waste professional experience proved to me that individuals, organisations, and institutions, be it donors or recipients of donor funds, often face with challenges such as: how to lead development in contexts regarded as complex messes, how to boost impacts of development interventions, how to steer innovative social changes, or how to make sure development aid yields needed societal changes?

My professional endeavour is to help individuals, organisations and institutions to acquire skills, knowledge and attitudes (capacities) for more effective implementations of their actions/initiatives, so they correspond to the aforementioned challenges. Furthermore, my primary aspiration is to support individuals, organisations and institutions in making their actions motivating and discursive through facilitation and process management in a multi-stakeholder setting so that the development investment brings about the needed social change.

More specifically, my working experience encompasses:

• Over twenty-three years of overall professional experience in development management initiatives supporting international donors and intermediary organisations in boosting the impact of their development actions, and organisations and professionals (recipients of financial support) in becoming important actors in driving the change in their immediate communities and overall societies;
• Over twenty years of overall working experience and practical experience in management/ facilitation of development initiatives with complex/ multi-stakeholders institutional planning processes encompassing enabling environment and organisational development related to civil society development (including CSOs’ networks), European Integration, governmental and private sector reforms;
• Over twenty years of managing teams and large scale projects (funded by the EU, WB, SIDA, CIDA, etc.)
• Over seven years of practical experience in regional multi-stakeholder participatory process in establishing a roadmap (a system) for planning and monitoring of the EU support to CSOs in Western Balkan and Turkey as well las in Ukraine, targeting enabling environment and organisational development of CSOs (also including EU support to regional CSOs’ networks);
• Over three years of practical experience in regional multi-stakeholder participatory process in establishing a roadmap (a system) for planning and monitoring of the EU support to media in Western Balkan and Turkey targeting enabling environment and organisational development of media;
• Practical experience in reviewing and providing suggestions for improvement of public policies, Regulatory Impact Assessment;
• Over eleven years are of a solid track record in the civil society sector with specific experience in designing, developing, delivering and monitoring & evaluation of capacity building programs to CSOs, incl. needs assessments; facilitating exchanges of best practices between WBT’s CSOs and CSOs based in EU countries;
• Around ten years of expertise in identifying, designing, managing and implementing organisational development initiatives, incl.: PCM and facilitation, Strategic planning and strategic thinking, Eco-Fin, Organisational development, HRM, Monitoring and evaluation, Writing project proposals, Stakeholder analysis and partnership building;
• Proven record of experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects, project financial management, creating team spirit in work, professionalism and mutual trust and respect;
• Extensive applied knowledge of the EU Integration process in Western Balkans and Turkey and Ukraine and its implications on the civil society sector; Practical experience in IPA programming, managing IPA funded projects, understanding of the EC accession and assistance coordination tools; consistently applying the EC assistance evaluation methodology and criteria within trainings and projects.

My specific international experience is in Georgia, Ukraine, Western Balkan and turkey, Albania, USA, Canada, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
