Research: Hands-on experience of multiple research studies with various National and International prestigious organizations. Well versed with Research tools and techniques and methodologies of qualitative as well as quantitative and expert in using PRA tools.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Consecutive 05 years of monitoring experience. Effectively monitor and evaluate capacity building activities of health care providers in reference to the project / program goals and objectives, along with mentoring the trainers to improve their communication skills.

Training Management: Broad range experience of imparting trainings to health care providers from National level to FLCFs level and monitoring of the trainings as well.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and basic knowledge of French. Know tools of effective communications.

Computer Skills: Expert in PRIMAVERA, EPM Server2010, MS project, SPSS, MS Words, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge about MS Access.
