• More than 34 years of experience in design and supervision of water supply transmission and distribution lines, big scale pump stations, reservoirs, storm and wastewater drainage systems, collectors and wastewater treatment plants and sea outfall projects;
• Wide experience in review scale of structural calculations, seismic calculations, foundation stability and liquefaction and slope stability studies;
• Solid experience in irrigation, land reclamation, river embankments protection, dams and improvement projects;
• Wealth of experience in management of FIDIC-based contracts for internationally financed projects as well as preparation of technical specifications and bill of quantities and evaluation of Contractor’s proposals;
• Experience in tender evaluation and bidding processes;
• More than 25 years of experience in the field of construction, as well as more than 8 years of experience in managerial positions in the field of construction;
• Extensive knowledge and proved experience in procurement files reviewing (tender dossiers, design, cost estimates) - Myanmar Mandalay Water and Wasterwater Project, Azerbaijan Buyukshor Rehabilitation Project-SUEZ Consulting, Mersin Water Supply, MESKİ Drinking Water Rehabilitation Project, Azerbaijan 16 rayons, Libya Dernah and El Bedia Infrastructure Projects, (TEMELSU 1998-2014), MoEU;
• Experience in constructions tender evaluation as an evaluator and observer, with a role in tender evaluation of Construction Contracts specially in MESKİ Drinking Water Rehabilitation Project and Myanmar Mandalay Water and Wastewater Project;
• Perfect knowledge of FIDIC Conditions on contract with more than 8 years of experience in supervision of works contracted under FIDIC contract conditions;
• Extensive experience on supply tenders, trainings and technical and administrative capacity building activities.
