Objectives: The Capacity Building for Rural Transformation Project (TRTP), funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Adaptation Fund, aims to boost large-scale rural economic growth and alleviate poverty through complementary investments. The project seeks to empower the rural poor, particularly youth, women, and small farmers, to enhance their production capacity, build resilience against economic, environmental, and climate risks, and improve market access. This ambitious project intends to finance approximately 70 enterprises by 2027, ensuring that 40% of beneficiaries are women and another 40% are young people.
