Scope:
Any eligible action as defined in Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1525, that addresses the increase of production capacities in the area of explosives, and that aims at supporting the ramp-up of the production capacity and timely delivery of artillery ammunition, as well as mortars and rockets, with potential positive spill over effects on other ground-to-ground ammunition as well as missiles. Proposed actions should specifically focus on the reduction of lead production time, in order to incentivise rapid adjustments leading to increased responsiveness of the supply chains.
