Objectives: Supporting regions and local authorities in assessing climate risks through a call for proposals under the HORIZON-MISS-2025-01-CLIMA-01 grant aims to enhance the capabilities of regional and local authorities within EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries. The focus is on accelerating adaptation efforts to climate change by improving and utilizing the regional multi-risk assessment framework and toolbox, fostering comprehensive climate risk assessments, and bridging connections between climate adaptation and disaster risk management actors. Deliverables include improved scientific knowledge, informed adaptation plans, and effective communication to non-expert audiences.
