Lifelong Empowerment for Rural Women through Skills and Inclusion

Objectives: The LEAP for Her: Lifelong Empowerment for Rural Women through Skills and Inclusion project aims to bolster Albania's social protection framework. It focuses on enhancing coverage, integrating child benefits, family supports, and improving service quality and outreach. Targeting marginalized groups, particularly women and youth in rural areas, the project seeks to bridge skill gaps through personalized training, increasing employability and access to decent work. Its mission is to drive social inclusion, financial empowerment, and labor market participation, thereby supporting Albania’s transition towards a sustainable and inclusive social protection system.
