Producing and publishing an investigation report related to issues of public governance in Lebanon

Objectives: Objectives aim at fostering investigative journalism in Lebanon with a specific focus on improving public governance and transparency. The overarching objective seeks to support investigative journalism by providing relevant grants and technical support to beneficiaries engaged in promoting transparency, integrity, and accountability within both national and local public governance spheres. This involves addressing corruption in public procurement, enhancing discussions around policy, and raising awareness to foster public debate on these matters. Moreover, a key goal is to improve access to information, ensuring that investigative reports pertaining to public governance reach citizens effectively. The Call for Projects prioritizes supporting the creation and dissemination of investigations centered on public governance topics such as anti-corruption laws, public procurement, and access to information. A minimum of six and a maximum of ten grants will be distributed based on the quality and relevance of submissions.
