Description

While addressing global issues, Horizon Europe, as the EU’s biggest funding program that fosters collaboration and improves the effectiveness of research and innovation in developing, supporting and implementing EU policies calls for safe, resilient transport and smart mobility services for passengers and goods with the program, “Accelerating the deployment of new and shared mobility services for the next decade”. The program’s results are projected to lead to the following outcomes: Creating and testing at least three potential business model scenarios based on cooperation platforms or public-private partnerships/project with each one contributing to: A cut in congestion and air pollution, reduced road risk, social inclusion and easy access in each city Devising results-based policies and recommendations for each project in accordance with the Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning principles, in order to promote the awareness and adoption of innovative mobility services by local/regional authorities and public and private mobility service providers Actively participate in sharing the common learning, lesson drawing, assessment, distribution and the exchange of information and best practices, both inside the project and with the larger urban mobility and transportation community The planned opening date is April 28, 2022. The deadline is September 6, 2022, 17:00:00 Brussels time.
