Description

Horizon Europe, with a budget of €95.5 billion, is the EU's primary funding program for research and innovation. The program promotes collaboration and increases the influence of research and innovation in the development, support and implementation of EU policies while addressing global concerns. Horizon Europe calls for digital and emerging technologies for competitiveness and fit for the green deal with the program, “Framework Partnership Agreement for developing the first large-scale quantum computers (FPA)”, whose goal is to create a stable and organized partnership between the Commission and quantum computing institutions and organizations that commit to developing, maintaining and realizing a strategic research roadmap in a scalable open quantum computing platform based on a specific quantum platform technology that is aligned with and contributes to the Quantum Flagship Strategic Research Agenda. The planned opening date is October 28, 2021. The deadline is January 27, 2022, 17:00:00 Brussels time.
