Evaluation/Flood Management Expert

Evoluxer S.L. International Consulting is recruiting 2 experts: Team Leader and Evaluation/Flood Management Expert for the Call under the EU FWC SIEA 2018 LOT 1 - Evaluation of the BiH Flood Management Action Plans IPA 2014 and IPA 2016

This specific evaluation covers a number of projects supported by the EUD to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) under the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA II) 2014 and 2016 in the area of flood management. 

Start date and period of implementation: 01/11/2021 - 01/05/2022

Number of Working Days: Team Leader - 45 Working Days; Evaluator/Flood Management Expert - 40 Working Days

The minimum requirements covered by the team of experts as a whole are detailed below:

• Qualifications and skills required for the team: The team shall have a cumulative experience of at least 15 years in the area of evaluation with at least 2 evaluations conducted on the IPA projects.
• Specific professional experience of the team: As a minimum, the experts must have participated in two reviews, assessments, monitoring and/or evaluations of projects completed in the past five years. One evaluation completed must be for environment infrastructure projects/ programmes funded by EU.

• Language skills of the team: English language – C2 level
