Short-Term Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) for Technical Assistance for Enhancing the Rare Earth Elements Research and Innovation Capacity of Turkey Project

International Development Ireland (IDI) will hire Short-term Non-key Senior Experts and a Junior Expert for an EU-funded project titled “Technical Assistance for Enhancing the Rare Earth Elements Research and Innovation Capacity of Turkey” Project. We are looking for candidates who are eligible with all the criteria below.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience for Non-Key Experts:

Bachelor's or higher degree (preferably from Geological /Mining /Chemical /Metallurgical/ Material Engineering)
Minimum 7 years of general professional experience for senior NKE
Minimum 3 years of general professional experience for junior NKE
Minimum 5 years of specific professional experience (for senior NKE) and 2 years of specific professional experience (for junior NKE) relevant to the assignment to be proposed

Very good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Senior and junior non-key experts should have experience in the following fields:

• Rare Earth Elements
• Mining of characterization
• Production instruments of the research centers
• Business plan preparation (Human Resources Plan and Organizational Chart, Pricing and Marketing Policy, Financial Plan, Partnerships and Collaborations, Visibility and Corporate Identity Plan...)
• ISO certification and TÜRKAK accreditation for R&D centers
• Business networking for R&D centers
• Event organization, dissemination, publicity and visibility 
• Social media and web site design
