Technical Consultancy Services for the Project EU Support to Integrated Water Management

The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) is the Operational Unit of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC). ADA has been delegated to implement the project “EU Support to Integrated Water Management” (EUSIWM) within the framework of the EU’s Pre- Accession Assistance Programme (IPA) for Albania for 2016. This project is co-funded by the European Union (EU) and the Austrian Development Cooperation.

ADA intends to conclude the following service contract for the provision of technical consultancy services: 

• International Gender Expert (6532-00/2017/SUB 05/2022): 60 working days over 6 months;

The tentative start date for these service contracts is April 2022 and the services need to be carried out in Tirana, Albania.
