What you will be doing
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to identify hiring needs to fill job openings across several countries within Europe with different labour markets and employment terms. This is a stand-alone role based in our office in Warsaw, Poland and will work closely with HR colleagues in other offices.

As a Recruiter your role will include but is not limited to:

Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Designing, refining, and implementing suitable recruiting processes in line with our Global strategy
Posting job adverts and recruitment campaigns using online resources
Screening job applicants to evaluate their applications against the job description and person specification
Shortlisting candidates and then organising and booking interviews for the hiring manager
Handling the administrative aspects of recruitment.

What we will need from you:
Experience and Qualifications

Ideally in possession of a professional recruitment qualification with at least 2 years’ experience in an in-house recruiter role
Experience of undertaking all aspects of the recruitment process (end to end recruitment)
Experience recruiting roles at different grades
Proven experience of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously
Experience using job boards and social media for recruitment
Experience conducting different types of interviews
Experience using and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Knowledge of Emply software is a plus

Technical skills and knowledge

The ability to influence managers to make high quality hiring decisions
To be strong in decision making with the ability to make recommendations to hiring managers
To be efficient and highly organised
To have good knowledge of MS Office (primarily outlook)
Be fluent in Polish and English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills.
