Health Insurance Information Systems Planning and Development Expert – (2 international positions, intermittent, 8 person-months each). Ideally, the expert will have a post-graduate degree in health financing, health policy, health management, ICT or related field; at least four years of experience on Health Insurance information systems design and implementation; and minimum of two years of experience of working with government or development partner in Asia and the Pacific region on the digitalization of health systems. Experience in digitalization of health financing and aware of the development of Korean National Health Insurance (NHI) policy is preferred. The expert’s tasks will include supporting the team leader in conducting activities listed in the table above.
