HCD Specialist

DRS is looking for HCD Specialist in in Moldova. The purpose of the project is to provide support services for ETF.

Title of assignment: "Support to the revision of Development Plans of Centres of Excellence in Moldova"

Profile: HCD Specialist (Category III)    

Professional and/or education experience: Very good knowledge and understanding of VET system and policies, including 10 years of experience in the field.

Country/Region-specific expertise: Very good knowledge and understanding of VET system and policies in Moldova, including legislative, regulatory and policy frameworks and institutional settings and arrangements; Good understanding of overall educational planning and VET providers specific planning function, as well as human and financial resources management within VET providers in Moldova.

Other skills: Examples of facilitation and presentation skills.

Language skills: English proficiency (C1) and Romanian proficiency - Native.

Assets (Optional): Experience in developing Strategic Developing Plan for schools.
