Team Leader: Support to the Economic Reform Program in Bosnia

EURO-FUNDING Multilateral Projects S.L. is looking for a Team Leader for the project: Support to the Economic Reform Program in Bosnia.

The Team Leader will plan, co-ordinate and direct the activities of the Project team to meet the intended objectives on the basis of the ToR of this contract and approved work plan(s) and cost estimate(s). This includes drafting of ToR for non-key experts required under Project and the appropriate scheduling of their inputs.

The Team Leader must fulfill the following requirements:

Qualifications and skills:

• University degree. Candidates with higher degrees will be scored higher
• Expert must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of one of three official languages in BiH would be an asset

General professional experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in institutional building or policy design or strategic planning

Specific professional experience:

• Preferably 7 years, but minimum of 4 years of professional experience related to economic policy(s) in the EU member or candidate/potential candidate countries
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader and/or on the staff management position
• Experience in providing training, especially training of staff in public institutions, will be an advantage
