Senior Expert in Human Resources

EURO-FUNDING Multilateral Projects S.L. is looking for a Senior expert in human resources for the following AFD project: Organizational and HR diagnosis of water establishments and definition of an operational action plan. Please refer to the Terms of Reference in attachment for detailed information.

General requirements:

• Bac+5 diploma.
• General experience of at least 8 years in HR management: development of job descriptions, career management, organization of internal management, etc.
• Knowledge of jobs in water and sanitation companies is an added value.
• English and French fluent.
• Oral fluency in Lebanese and proficiency in written Arabic are considered a plus.

Specific work experience:

• Have successfully completed at least four (4) HR diagnostics, including at least 1 for a water or sanitation company.
