North South Consultants Exchange is recruiting:

Office Administrator - Based in Kafr El-Sheikh (National Residents in Kafr El-Sheikh only) 

Project: GIZ - “Nile Delta Water Management Programme”

Sector: Administration - Water – Irrigated Agriculture – Capacity Building

Duration: Direct mobilisation: period 01.11.2022 – 31.10.2024

Location: Kafr El-Sheikh, Egypt

NSCE is looking for an organised and goal-oriented Office Administrator for consultancy services for the ‘Nile Delta Water Management Programme’ to ensure the provision of project administration services and to facilitate smooth office operations. Beyond welcoming office visitors and answering phone calls and emails, you will enjoy the opportunity to shape the way we run our office administratively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

►Coordinate activities throughout the project to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with project/company policies

►Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for project management

►Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

►Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

►Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data

►Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

►Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

►Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

► Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills

► Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator, or relevant position in the field of administration  

► Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone

► Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office

► Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications

► Proficient language skills in English and Arabic

Type of contract: Fixed-term full-time contract
