EURO-FUNDING Multilateral Projects S.L. is looking for International team leader for “Peaceful coexistence in refugee hosting communities in Lebanon” project:

The overall objective of the project is the implementation of measures to strengthen peaceful coexistence in refugee hosting communities in four municipalities in Lebanon.

The trainers must fulfill the following requirements:

 Qualifications and skills:

• Education/training:

• University degree (master’s)
• Additional certification relevant to the respective training (100h training, certificates shall be submitted with the CVs)

• Languages: 

• Arabic C2
• English B2

• General professional experience:

10 years of experience in delivering trainings to mixed audiences (gender, nationality, age)

• Specific professional experience:
• 1 expert with 5 years of experience in teambuilding training
• 1 expert with 5 years of experience in communication methods for conflict transformation trainings
• 1 expert with 5 years of experience in conflict analysis trainings
• 1 expert with 5 years of professional experience in community engagement methods trainings
• 1 expert with 5 years of experience in proposal writing and fund-raising trainings for municipalities
• 1 expert with 5 years of experience in delivering MHPSS approaches to vulnerable communities through interactive and creative methods

• Development cooperation (DC) experience:

All experts with 5 years of experience in working with DC actors

Notes:

1. Expected start date of the project: 1^st January 2023, with a duration of 12 months.
2. Working days:

• In country of assignment: 30 days (Each expert)
