Cluster Coordinators Gender cum Communication (1 per 2 PIUs):

Qualification Requirement: Graduate in Social Sciences 3 years experience in community development projects

• Responsible for implementation of GESI, BCC and resettlement activities in the towns within respective PIUs
• Conduct community consultations as per GESI, BCC, resettlement frameworks
• Provide all field support for implementation of GESI plan
• Provide support for implementation of BCC plan
• Provide support for resettlement plan implementation
• Provide support for collection of field level data for planning, implementing or monitoring purposes
• Provide support for organizing field level trainings, consultations, events and activities

• Support in grievance redressal mechanism
• Provide information for monthly, quarterly and other reports and
• Liaison with ULBs and other line departments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly reports and any other documentation requirement
• Guide and train support staff on activities indicated above
• One Cluster Coordinator will be responsible for implementation support in 2 project towns
