Description

To contribute to the rendering of Ukrainian economy modern, clean, resource-efficient and competitive, with economic growth decoupled from resource use, and citizens' health and well-being protected from environment-related risks and impacts.

Specific objectives:

·        To establish and map the current state of play of circular economy in Ukraine in terms of policies, legislation, key actors, private sector activities and barriers;

·        To identify potential opportunities and impacts of a transition to a circular economy in Ukraine for (at least 5 and up to 10) pre-selected priority sectors and value chains;

·        To develop a Circular Economy Strategy and Action Plan.

Experts profile

·        Master’s degree in Economic, Information Technologies, Mathematics or a relevant, directly related discipline, or equivalent. Diploma could be replaced by 5 years of relevant experience (in addition to the years required as general professional experience);

·        At least 6 years of experience in the fields of economic forecasting or studies.

·        At least 3 years of experience in modelling of economic processes and impacts.

·        Full computer literacy.
