Disaster Risk Resilience Consulting Services to strengthen FSM Utilities

This support serves as the basis for a larger scale disaster risk management program.

Requirements:

Degree in engineering and/or management with at least 20 years’ experience working with electric utilities and demonstrated experience in sector reform, utility performance improvement, and developing policy and regulations. Experience in working with utilities in the Pacific or other similarly placed countries and with donor agencies is preferred. Experience of working with diesel generators and utility scale renewable projects, distribution grids and an understanding of challenges faced in small island electricity systems is essential.
