CASH Program Officer

Key responsibilities include:

Participate in recruitment of enumerators and supervise them during beneficiaries’ data collection.
With the support from HoP provide training to enumerators on data collection tools and processes.
Develop/update questionnaire for data collection.
Ensure timely and quality planning and reporting for Cash activity.
Keep HoP updated on the progress, achievements as well as challenges during implementation of the activity.
Participate in relevant cluster meetings and ensure monthly report submitted to cash working group.
Assist HoP during meetings, needs assessments, field visits and new proposal development, etc.
Participate and contribute in ASB internal meetings in the mission.
Collect best practices and stories from targeted beneficiaries and share with HoP/CD
Ensure visibility of donor and ASB is in place during cash activity implementation.
Ensure feedback and complaint mechanism is in place during cash activity implementation.
Ensure proper documentation of the CASH activities.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Support HoP during needs assessments (development of tools, data collection and analysis, etc)
Contribute to new project proposal development.
Follow up with any additional tasks requested by line manager.
