GDSI Limited is shortlisted for the EU-funded tender: EU4Youth coordination and policy support for the Eastern Partnership region.

The Programme Coordinator responsibilities will include (indicative 600 working days):

  • Organisational support to the coordination and management of all project activities;
  • Facilitation of coordination, networking and knowledge exchange between EU4Youth implementers and beyond;
  • Organisation of events, incl. organisation of Steering Committee meetings and annual EU4Youth Days;
  • Support the preparation of communication content and EU visibility for the EU4Youth programme;
  • Coordinating and supporting the experts’ team in all daily activities;
  • Organising and overseeing administrative and logistic project support.

Required Qualifications and skills:

  • A university degree (Bachelor or higher) in social sciences, political sciences, international relations, economics, law, or another relevant, directly related discipline;
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good knowledge of Russian (B2 level minimum for speaking and writing);
  • knowledge of other languages used in the Eastern Partner countries would be an asset;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the area of international cooperation;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience with project management in international and/or multi-partner development/cooperation projects, including major coordination and organisational tasks;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating activities and ensuring dialogue and cooperation with various stakeholders, including national authorities and NGOs;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in youth related issues in the Eastern Neighbourhood region (e.g. youth policies, youth engagement, education and skills development and youth employment, youth work, disadvantaged youth, etc.).
