Global Communities is seeking a Grants & Contracts Associate to join the Grants & Contracts team in downtown Silver Spring, MD. This is a short-term role lasting approximately eleven months, and will report to the Acting Director of Grants & Contracts.

This role is based in Silver Spring, Maryland and will work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid employees will work at least twice a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) and will work the remainder of the week remotely unless otherwise specified.
The salary for this position is 52,222-78,333. Salary is based on several factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Final salary will be based on several factors including qualifications, geographic location, experience, and internal equity. Global Communities provides a comprehensive benefits package; please note that this position is not eligible for allowances.
