Job Title: Deputy Director, Institutional Support and Program Implementation (ISPI)
Department/Location: Institutional Support and Program Implementation (ISPI) / Vienna, Virginia (hybrid or fully remote in the US)

Overview: IBTCI is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Director to help provide quality assurance and management guidance to its ISPI projects and contribute to strategic growth of the practice. The Deputy Director will oversee financial, administrative, and compliance aspects of at least three contracts. This position would also include contribution to start-up and oversight of new ISPI contracts. The candidate will possess specialized knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience to use judgement in the performance of their duties and be capable of working with minimal supervision. This position reports to the ISPI Principal and will supervise Project Managers.
This position is based in our Headquarters in Vienna, Virginia but is temporarily hybrid with two days in the office. There is the possibility of this position being fully remote in the US. Work location can be updated by the company.

Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment. Currently the company is allowing for hybrid work in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. This can be updated by the company.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: Some travel for project implementation and/or project management of business development initiatives may be required. May include travel to post-conflict zones.
Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.A
