Electro-Mechanical Engineer (Cambodian Nationals Only)

Responsibilities include:
• Lead discussions with the power supplier regarding the required power supply for the e-bus system’s operation.
• Analyze power demand and supply, and calculate the investment required for the e-bus system, working collaboratively with the team of experts and under the Team Leader’s supervision.
• Serve as a resource speaker on topics related to their expertise, as identified in the short-term capacity development activities.

Preferred qualifications include:
• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field, preferably with a master’s or post-graduate degree in a closely related field.
• Knowledge of distribution-level power demand analysis.
• 15 years of valuable experience gained on relevant projects in similar cities, ideally involving government agencies and donor-funded projects.
• Considerable experience in planning and feasibility studies within the multi-modal transport sector.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and strong report writing skills.
