Civil Engineer - Road (Cambodian Nationals Only)

Responsibilities include:
• Assist the team in assessing and conceptual designing all engineering aspects of the project, encompassing priority corridors, bus stations, intermodal linkages/hubs, and road junctions.
• Participate as resource speaker in his expertise as a civil engineer as identified in the short-term capacity development activities.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Degree in civil/structural engineering.
• 15 years of valuable experience in similar city projects, especially road infrastructure design within similar contexts. Ideally, this experience should involve government agencies and donor-funded projects.
• Significant engineering design experience, particularly in urban transport sector horizontal infrastructure. 
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and strong report writing skills.
