Lebanese Evaluator for an Evaluation of the National Poverty Targeting Programme (NPTP)

North South Consultants Exchange (NSCE) is looking for a Lebanese Evaluator for the evaluation of the National Poverty Targeting Programme (NPTP) as part of a multidisciplinary and international evaluation team. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of evaluation experience in the development and humanitarian sectors and experience with data collection. 

Requirements:

·       Lebanese citizenship or residency

·       A relevant master’s degree

·       Strong analytical and communication skills

·       Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection methods

·       Experience in conducting evaluations

·       Experience in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: Social protection systems; Cash-based interventions; gender, equity and inclusion.

·       Good knowledge of the Lebanese context, preferably experience with the Lebanese government and/or other Lebanese organizations

·       Experience with UN agencies is a plus

·       Fluency in Arabic and English
