Now, we're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team in Haiti as the Assistant Country Director for Programs (ACD-P). This is your chance to lead, inspire, and drive transformative change.
As the ACD-P, you will ensure that CARE's programs in Haiti align with our vision and mission, delivering significant contributions to reducing poverty and social injustice. You will provide strategic leadership in program development, implementation, quality programming, and advocacy, integrating humanitarian interventions with long-term programming, while overseeing a multi-sectoral team working on key areas such as Food Security and Nutrition, Urban Development, Education, and Economic Development, along with Emergency Response Activities focused on WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) , shelter, and food security.
