Join Our Team for High-Level Evaluations

We are expanding our pool of experienced professionals for two anticipated Independent High-Level Evaluations.

1. Evaluation Projects:

  • Independent High-Level Evaluation of Strategies and Actions on the 2020-30 Youth Employment Strategy
  • Independent High-Level Evaluation of the “Better Work” Programme

Project Duration: February - July 2025
Team Composition: 1 Team Leader and 2 Team Members

Team Members (Programme and Technical Support):
Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the inception report and providing feedback.
  • Collecting data and preparing notes for assigned case study areas.
  • Drafting sections of the draft report.
  • Ensuring data quality within their respective areas.
  • Providing feedback and factual corrections to the final report.
  • Participating in presentations to stakeholders on the findings.

Qualifications for the Evaluation Team:

    • For Team Members:
      • Education: First degree in law, social sciences, economics, development studies, evaluation, or related fields.
      • Over 3 years of experience in High-Level Evaluations (HLE) or similar strategic evaluations.
      • Familiarity with the world of work and development contexts.
      • Experience at multiple levels (policy, operational, institutional) – global, regional, and country.
      • Understanding of key cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, environmental protection, social dialogue, and disability inclusion.
      • Thematic knowledge related to youth employment and the “Better Work” programme.
      • Language Requirements: English (essential), French and/or Spanish (desired).
