Key Expert 2: Expert in Migration and Public Policy Support, Long-term Technical Assistant, Category II

This expert will provide services on a permanent basis during the 36 months of implementation of the TA. It is estimated that the average number of working days to be provided by this expert is 200 days/year, (600 working days in total).

Qualifications and Skills:
Higher education diploma at BAC+3 level in social/human sciences, legal sciences and/or law, political sciences or equivalent fields or failing that, at least 5 years' experience in the field of project management

General Professional Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in areas related to planning, institutional support or project management.

Specific Professional Experience:
At least two years' experience in the issues and approaches of the migration sector, including at least two years in this sector in connection with project management in the Moroccan context: good knowledge of the functioning of institutions and national partners.
At least 2 years of experience in institutional strengthening of public bodies (at least two projects) and in the development of training plans.
At least two years of experience in facilitating and moderating workshops and training courses
At least two years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation with analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative data
Good communication and representation skills

Language Skills:
Very good command of the French language (spoken and written) – CECRL - Level C1
Very good command of the Arabic language (spoken and written), and/or Darija. – CEFR - Level C1
Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage. – CEFR - Level B2
