Junior Expert II: Content manager

EUROPEAN PROFILES S.A. (GR) is looking for experts for the implementation of the following Framework Contract: "Support to EU Delegation in Uzbekistan with Strategic Communication Actions", under the Framework Contract "SEA 2023 - Lot 9: Democracy, Human Rights, Rule of law, Gender Equality and Human Rights Based approach"

Services Location: Uzbekistan

Start date: January 13, 2025

Duration: 36 months

Global objective

To position the EU as a partner of reference for the Republic of Uzbekistan and its people, including political and development cooperation priorities relevant to the concerns and interests of people in the country.

Specific objective

To measurably increase the awareness, understanding and perception of the EU and its partnership with the country, among key target audiences.

Expertise

For this assignment, one individual expert must be proposed for each position.

The expertise required for the implementation of the specific contract is detailed below.

Junior Expert II: Content manager

General description of the position:

The content manager will act as close collaborator to the TL.

She/He will have a key role in implementing the content marketing strategy and in creating, editing, optimising, and strategising multiple content types for public awareness campaigns.

Expert category:

Category III (minimum of 3 years of experience)

Qualifications and skills required:

• Master's degree in any of the following fields: marketing, communication, media studies, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• In the absence of a masters' degree, she/he should have at least a Bachelor's degree in the disciplines above and an additional 2 years of the general professional experience.

General professional experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in media and/or content production managing multiple content types.

Specific professional experience:

• At least 2 years' experience working on content marketing for digital/ social media and online communications campaigns.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working in communication or media in Uzbekistan (including also in this category in Uzbekistan media or Uzbekistan related).

Language skills:

• Good knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English both written and spoken.

Number of working days:

• 150 days
