Primary Responsibilities:

DT Global is seeking experts to serve as project staff or short-term consultants for the anticipated Feed the Future USAID/Sudan Transforming Agrifood and Nutrition through Multisectoral Inclusive Approaches (TANMIA) Activity. TANMIA will improve food security, increase income of smallholder farmers and support broader economic growth. The interventions will improve food security by increasing overall agriculture and livestock productivity by enhancing efficiency of the productive resources mainly land, and water while introducing modern production practices. In addition, the activity will facilitate farmers' access to quality inputs, technologies, information, credit and financial services and meeting market quality standards.

Please note these positions are contingent upon donor funding and the award of the contract to DT Global.

•                     Deputy Chief of Party-Technical

•                     Deputy Chief of Party-Operations

•                     Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Director

Long-term and Short-Term Technical Leads in the following areas:

•                     Private Sector Resilience/Market Systems

•                     Agricultural Productivity

•                     Livestock Productivity

•                     Nutrition

•                     Access to Finance

•                     Water Resource Management/Irrigation

•                     Gender, Equity, Diversity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI)

•                     Digital Technology Solutions for Agriculture Productivity

Qualifications:

Senior-level Positions

•  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree is preferred;
•  Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably familiar with Sudan;
•  Experience on donor-funded programs in similar context required; USAID experience preferred;
•  Excellent written and oral communications skills required;
•  Proven ability to collaborate with a range of project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries;
• Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus;
• Sudanese nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Mid-level Positions  

•  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant field, preferably familiar with Sudan;
• Experience contributing to donor-funded programs in similar context preferred; USAID experienced preferred;
•  Excellent written and oral communications skills required;
•  Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus;
• Sudanese nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
