War Child is looking for:
A Business Analyst - Functional lead business systems who will support the organization in optimizing and automating business processes, innovation/improvements of existing and new requirements and the management and running of the Information Systems under which most business processes of the organization are automated.
You will be a functional lead responsible for optimizing and automating business processes and access to information for all functional areas in the organization by using management information systems, data platforms and for optimizing usage of the systems.
In addition, you will be involved in a wider range of digital innovation projects focused on data and the scaling of War Child's work. you will play a key role in organisational change projects, and lead the implementation and optimization of systems and processes.
Place in the organization
The business analyst is part of the ICT department and receives hierarchical management from the Global ICT Manager. The business analyst participates in organizational projects as a (main) representative of the business. In addition, the Business Analyst leads their own projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of systems and processes.

Provide training Develops or coordinate development of training programmes in the area of information management and usage of systems and technology, organizes (advanced) training and provides guidance to (key) users on relevant topics.
